Characteristics :
Grand Cru rosé champagne is the product of a blend of 2 grape varieties. The wine house offers a high quality wine, from the 2012 harvest. This champagne is vinified on a basis of 92% Chardonnay Grand Cru d'Avize, which brings vivacious elegance and lightness, and 8% Pinot Noir Grand Cru d'Aÿ, which will complete this wine with the roundness of Pinot to finish on the finish with aromas of Strawberries and Red Fruits.
Made using the Champagne method, this brut champagne has no sugar dosage ( 0 grams per liter) and has undergone malolactic fermentation.
This vintage highlights the harmony and finesse of this champagne. The Bouquin Dupont fils house offers bottle formats in 75 cl, Magnum and Jeroboam
