Characteristics : Gourmet and elegant. Fairly light, fine and airy wine profile with notes of flowers, fruits and hazelnuts. The aging time as well as the reserve wines that make up the blend bring complexity. A cuvée that well represents the Côte des Blancs and the composition of the terroirs, without any notion of vintage. A pure expression of blanc de blancs, elegant, tense and mineral, thanks to a natural dosage. This cuvée also exists in Extra Brut to offer a wine that is a little easier to approach. Thanks to a slight sweetness, this cuvée will satisfy a wider range and will be perfect for a cocktail.
